1. Please be respectful of fellow visitors, staff and volunteers. Harassment, threatening behaviour, loud or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
  2. Do not touch, lean on or climb any of the exhibits, cases, or artefacts unless signage explicitly permits it — this helps preserve them for future visitors.
  3. Food, drink, and chewing gum are not allowed in gallery and exhibition spaces.
  4. Photography is permitted for personal use only, unless otherwise posted.
  5. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
  6. Use and entry of service animals is permitted under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act; Pets are not allowed.
  7. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times; please dress in appropriate attire for a public museum environment.
  8. Weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, skateboards, scooters, roller blades, helium balloons, confetti, and items deemed hazardous by staff are prohibited on the premises.
  9. Please follow all instructions, signs and barriers — for your safety and the protection of the collections (e.g., do not block aisles, climb on structures, tamper with fire-safety or security devices).
  10. We reserve the right to refuse admission, revoke membership, or remove visitors who violate this code of conduct, without refund.
